These are some interesting flashcards depicting the 12 animals of the oriental zodiac (which runs according to year rather than month): boar, rat, dragon, tiger, ram, rooster, snake, hare, ox, monkey, horse, dog. The backing of each card shows the chinese symbol for each zodiac sign. These cards can be used to cater to Asian learners of English, who might appreciate being able to talk about their own zodiac system, or for non-Asian students looking to learn about a zodiac system very different to their own.
